讀5月26日空英的這篇-Love the Person You Are,中文翻作「喜愛真實的自己」,裡頭講到由於受到雜誌、電視和電影的影響,使得我們認為到處都是看似身材完美的人,相較之下,就覺得相形見絀,也因此就可能產生對自己的身體很低的評價,於是就寫了十個改善和增加自己信心的方法,我覺得寫得還不錯,內容如下:
☺ Think and speak positively about yourself.
☺ Eat healthily.(This will help you maintain a normal weight.And you'll feel better physically.)
☺ Be realistic about what size you are naturally.Your body's size is determined as much by your genes as by your lifestyle.
☺ Look in the mirror and find one positive point for every negative thing you find.
☺ Recognize that your body is a brilliant masterpiece,able to do countless things.
☺ Make the most of your talents and abilities.
☺ Put more emphasis on your inner qualities than your outer qualities.
☺ Stop comparing yourself to others.
☺ Recognize that you are unique.This makes you special and valuable.
☺ Help others.Your value will increase in their eyes and in yours.
其中,我寫得第七句寫得不錯,努力的充實自己而不是只在意外表,!但是真的能實行得又有幾個呢?我想....只要一天世俗的觀念沒有改變,對自己缺乏自信的依舊是比比皆是啊!!
